Reflection check
How are you really doing?
You keep a lot of things running. Taking a moment to check in with yourself easily gets pushed aside. This reflection check gives you room to look at your energy, physical changes, and how you feel day to day.
You don't have to explain or solve anything. Just note what you recognise. Further down this page you can have these questions sent to your inbox, so you can come back to them whenever suits you.
This check helps you put your experience into words. It is not a medical test and does not provide a diagnosis.

What do you recognise?
Think about the past four weeks, except where noted otherwise.
For each statement, indicate how much you recognise it in yourself:
1 = not recognisable at all · 10 = very strongly recognisable
There are no right or wrong answers. You can also choose ‘not applicable / not sure’.
I feel tired in a way that doesn't seem to go away with rest alone.
Even after a long night's sleep, I still wake up tired.
My weight has changed, even though my daily habits feel the same to me.
I feel foggier or less sharp than I'm used to.
My digestion feels less predictable than it used to.
I notice changes in my period, for example in regularity, duration, or amount of blood loss.
For this statement, think about the past few months.
I experience hot flashes or night sweats.
My mood feels less stable than I'm used to.
Being told this is ‘just part of my age’ doesn't feel like it does justice to what I'm experiencing.
I keep everything running for the people around me and sometimes wonder who supports me.
Anything else?
Is there anything else you'd like to mention?
Are there other changes you'd like to name?
Think, for example, of pain or stiffness, vaginal dryness, changes in interest in sex, or trouble when urinating. You only share what feels comfortable to you.
What would you like to be able to do or feel again?
Maybe you'd like to still have energy for a walk after work, feel clearer during a conversation, or experience more calm in your day.
